The Introduction of Mold Parts

a. Manufacturing: Precision grinding and Sodic EDM are used in this mold parts, and Kingrui can supply other manudacturings for our customers, such as CNC machining, CNC milling, WEDM, kinds of surface treatment and so on.

b. Raw material: Stainless steel, high-speed steel, aluminum, zinc, copper and so on, If wanting, Kingrui can send material certification to customers.

c. OEM range: auto parts, electronic parts, medical parts and other industrial uses.

d. Applied software: Pro/E, Auto CAD 2000, solid work 2001, CAXA, UG, CAD, CAM and so on.

e. Surface finish: Polished, chrome plated, galvanized, nickel plated, blackened and so on.

Production Process

1. Drawing checking by engineer

2. Terminal Confirmation with customer

3. Material Preparation

4. Arrange production ( parts will be measured every two hours)

5. Update production for customer every two or three days

6. Parts size full check ( Machining finished)

7. Surface finished

8. Part size full check again( after surface finish)

9. Sent customer pictures and QC report

10. Package ( After customer confirmation)

11. Arrange shipping (DHL, UPS, Fedex, etc)

12. After Sales ( Ensure every part you received will 100% exactly)
