Product Characteristics/ Features
A). Material of CNC machined component: HPM1 is used in this CNC
machined component, material brand is HTTACHI, The hardness is up
to HCR37- 42 degrees without reheating. HPM1 uses special
dissolution and good machinability (when HRC40 is best). It is
often used in precision plastic mold parts, household mold parts,
auto mold parts and so on.
B). Key machining processing: In response to this CNC machined
component, It mainly has three steps of the main processing
technology, including: grinding by surface grinding machine
,discharge machining by EDM machine, and wire cutting processing by
wire cutting machine.
C). Inspection of CNC machined component: In order to customer's
