1. Material of mold parts:
this mold parts used material is CALMAX .
In our factory, 1.2344, DC53, PD613, ASP- 30, 3340 and others have
been readied for our customers ;
Our materials mainly import from Japan, America, Germany, Sweden
and so on;
And kingrui makes sure that the certification of materail origin
can be provided, if you want.
2. Processing steps:
There are two steps, as foiiows:
- Gringing by Surface Grinder
- Discharging by EDM machine
3. Accuracy of mold parts:
Usually the precision of us machining parts is according to
customers' drawings, in order to better meet customer needs. But we
can give you some precision parameters for reference only, the
specific accuracy and size will be decided to you or your drawings.
A. Accuracy of grinding: 0.001 mm
B. Accuracy of EDM: 0.002 mm
C. Surface roughness: Ra0.4 um
