• Material: SKD61 is used there. Most of the materials are available, and related certificate of material and hot treatment can be also provided.
• Hardness: 40- 45 HRC
• Close Tolerance: 0.001- 0.005mm as our customers’ needs.
• Engineering: CAD/ CAM, Pro/E, solid works, UG and Auto CAD
• Processing: Pure grinding for the precision mold part. Don't look at this part that there is only one kind of machining. In fact, it's difficult to process. As shown in the previous picture, it is not a simple flat part, but its molding involves steps, slopes, etc. all of these structures are machined from grinding machines. We know that the surface grinder has a feature, it can only go straight line processing, so some of the features described above for surface grinding machine processing, it is necessary to have some processing skills and experience.
