Introiduction of CNC machined component
1. Material: S7, The tool steel is made of chromium molybdenum
alloy, which is specially designed for the special properties of
high impact resistance and toughness, and has the characteristics
of easy processing and several heat treatment. Die steel S7 is
suitable for hot working and cold working impact tools and plastic
moulds.
2. Machining: This CNC machined component, Be processed by two
processes, Namely, precision grinding and precision Sodick EDM.
3. Machined Equipements: Japan mitsubishi mirror EDM machine,
surface grinder. And in our factory, there are other processing
equipments, such as:
- wire- edm machines
- punch forming machines
- CNC milling machines,
- internal- external lapping machines,
- centerless grinder and so on.
4. Surface finish: For surface treatment, we list as follows:
- mirror polishing
- polishing
- DLC coating,
- PVD coating and more.
5. Applied software: Pro/ E, Auto CAD 2000, solid work 2001, CAXA,
UG, CAD, CAM
In short, any 2D and 3D format is acceptable

Delivery
1, We have cooperation with China Post, DHL, UPS, FEDEX, EMS and so
on, we may give you some advice of transportation.
China Post: For the package under 2kgs, Usually need 25-35days to
get the package.
SHL, UPS, Fedex IE: For the package over 2kgs. If the package is
under 20kgs, Shipping cost will be little high, For the package is
over 20kgs, these express will be more economic.
Usually need 5-9days for the packages can be arrived. Tracking
number can be offered after the package be sent out(for some
country and area, It has remotes and contacted with us to check
your area to check, for the remotes will cost remotes fee)
EMS: Most safety shipping way, Usually need 7-10 days to get the
package.
Fedex IP: Most fast shipping way, Usually need 2-5 days to get the
package, Especially for USA customers. Just 2-3 days to get the
package. But cost little high.
2, If the order is big, we usually suggest you to use Air Freight,
please inform us the nearest airport or port, we can help you check
the best cost before shipment.
3, During or near to the Holidays and Festival, as so many packages
be stucked at the customs, some packages will be delayed for few
days, please kindly understand this.
4, All of the balance need to be paid before the shipment or bill
of leding.
