B. Part Surface: We provide customized service, this product does not involve any surface treatment, but our company can provide the following kinds of processing: mirror polishing, PVD coating, DLC coating and so on.

C. Processing Basis: According to customer's drawings

D. Manufacturing process: Grinding, EDM and Wire cutting. In addition to these, we can also provide other processing, internal- external lapping processing, CNC milling.

E. Euipement: Plane grinder (15 sets ), Sodick EDM ( 4sets), wire EDM machines

F. Testing equipment: 2.5D projector, Japan Nikon Height Gages, two dimension, hardness meter and more.

1. All parts produced according to your drawing or sample. Please send the blueprint or drawing firstly, we will offer our quotation to you within 2 days.

5. Main equipment: grinding Machine, Discharge Machine, Wire Cutting Machine, Milling Machine, CNC engraving Machine etc.

6. Testing facility: projector, roughness tester, hardness tester, two dimensional detector, height gauge.

7. Tolerance: +/ - 0.001mm.

8. Lead time: 5-15 days.

9. Delivery way: DHL, TNT, UPS, FEDEX according to the customer requirements.
